RETURN POLICY

PAYMENT TERMS

Full payment is required at time of purchase. For in store purchases, we except all forms of payment, including cash, check or credit card.

CANCELLATIONS AND RETURNS

Deposits on Special Order items and Floor Models are non-refundable after 24 hours of order.
You are free to cancel your order, prior to delivery or pick-up within 48 hour of purchase (furniture and mattresses). After 24 hours you can reselect your product anytime prior to possession with 20% penalty or request a refund with a 30% administration fee. Mattresses can only be returned or exchanged if the product is in the original packaging and unopened. Once you have taken possession and you are not happy with your furniture purchase, you can within 7 days of possession re-select with a 30% restocking fee or return the product with a 35% restocking fee. All furniture must be received in our distribution centre within 7 days of possession. Refunds are processed with the same method of payment (excluding check or cash where reimbursement will be via company check within 7-10 business days).

Furniture & Mattresses

The delivery team will unload the item(s) and leave it in a safe place outside your home (front door, porch, or garage). Once it’s been dropped off, it’s yours! You are not required to be home to accept the delivery and a signature is not needed. Your item(s) will be delivered as long as the delivery team determines the area is secure. For apartments and condos with a front desk, your item(s) will be dropped off there. For any apartments or condos that have outer doors only, your item(s) will be left outside the front door. Please reach out to the local delivery agent directly if you need to reschedule your delivery. Their contact information can be found in the email detailing your delivery date and time window.

 

 

SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

During the checkout process, you can often select the ideal delivery date that works for you based on availability in your area. If your order is being shipped from multiple delivery warehouses or directly from the manufacturer, our customer care team will contact you to confirm your delivery date details.

Once your order is complete, you will receive an order confirmation email which will specify your estimated delivery date(s). We’ll contact you if this date changes for any reason.

Please contact our Customer Care team at least 72 hours before your delivery date if you would like to make any changes.

PREPARING FOR YOUR DELIVERY

The name on the order must match the government-issued photo ID of the person receiving the delivery. If the purchaser (credit card holder) is NOT going to be home at the time of delivery, please notify us in advance.

If you’re having your product delivered somewhere else, or you’d like to have someone else receive it for you, we’ll need to confirm those details with you at least 72 hours prior to delivery.

The delivery warehouse will contact you the day before or morning of delivery to advise the time window (with the exception of small parcel/threshold deliveries). Regrettably, due to the volume of deliveries that must be routed each day, it is impossible to give exact times.

The delivery team does the heavy lifting for you. They’ll bring your item(s) inside and place it in your room of choice. with your responsibility * For an additional fee (must be negotiate at front door) , they will remove and dispose of all packaging.

LUXMOOD Furniture does not have any responsibility about inside property damages.

Prior to ordering and delivery, pre-measure your doorways, entrances, hallways and staircases to ensure your new product will fit. A restocking fee will apply if furniture, mattresses, appliances or electronics do not fit through the doorway or in the space intended. Pin hinged doors can be removed to complete delivery. However, carpentry work such as removing doorway moldings, banisters, etcetera, cannot be done. All pictures in narrow hallways or stairs should be removed by you.

Delivery associates are required to wear safety footwear at all times and cannot remove their boots, but will put on protective boot covers and/or provide covering to protect your floors.

Please ensure your driveway and walkways are cleared to accept the delivery (i.e. snow & ice). As well please clear the path inside your home to the area where your purchase is to be placed.

Comments
